ABOUT MONENE MURRAY — FOUNDER OF ENGROW
Monene’s coaching, facilitation and consulting abilities are underpinned by various professional qualifications and more than 25 years of business experience working for public owned, privately owned and not for profit organisations in South Africa, across Africa and South East Asia.
After completing a degree in Industrial Engineering at Stellenbosch University in 1991, Monene started her professional career in the corporate world and gained 20 years of business experience across the entire business value chain.
She broadened her knowledge by completing a coaching certificate in 2007 and commercial mediation qualification in 2012.
She founded Engrow in 2010 and has since has been offering Coaching, Facilitation, Consulting, Mediation services and bespoke learning spaces to executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders and teams.
Monene is an avid traveller and passionate cold water open water swimmer and have finished many major swims worldwide.
